The digitalization of processes at PS2, a leading player in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment, represents a significant advancement in the efficiency of their operations. For many years, the use of Excel spreadsheets for managing files was the norm. However, with growing expansion, these methods became increasingly difficult to maintain. To address these challenges, PS2 initiated the digital transformation of all their internal processes.

Mission:

The mission was to improve billing error control, streamline construction report production, manage the entire lifecycle of a construction project (from quote to completion), and enhance internal and commercial interactions.

The PS2 Application:

Development of an algorithm for comparing forecasts with Winbooks billing.

Creation of a comprehensive automatic invoicing tool.

Development of a mobile “construction report” application with automatic report generation.

Advanced management of contacts and commercial initiatives.

The implemented tools now manage all commercial exchanges, enable real-time field reporting with automatic report generation via tablet, schedule tracking, comprehensive HR management, various forms management, project lifecycle management (HR, materials, fleet, logistics, maintenance), and control and management of service billing.

Results:

This transition to digitalization positions PS2 as a modern and efficient player in the field of Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment. The integrated management of processes has brought notable benefits such as reduced errors, increased operational traceability, and improved team collaboration through centralized data management.
